From your former neighbor long long ago [Ed: he was alcove 55, I was 56] Yes, I've been up to quite a few things. Since I last wrote a silly narrative (for the 25th??) a few things happened. No, I didn't get elected President, but... I've gone thru quite a few contract programming jobs with various companies. Some even HQ'd in Palo Alto (and in the Fortune 100, thought you never knew such a thing existed!). But the big change is that I'm getting married in June to a wonderful lady. It should prove to be better than the last one (1982-1987). In medical news, I had a colon polyp discovered, and being as it was a baddie (partially cancerous) I had a chunk of my colon spliced out (or as a friend said ':' -> ';'). In trips wide and far, I've gone on a boat trip that started in Moscow, and ended up in St. Petersburg. In regards to that, be off the plane quickly in Moscow. It took us 4 (yes, four) hours to clear passport control, customs was only 3 minutes. Another trip was doing the Eire canal, and before that another jaunt to Greece. All wonderful trips. The next one to Iceland and a cruise this summer ought to be even better after a nice Hawaii honeymoon. So sunny California has been quite good to me over the years, and I continue to do computer stuff right here in Sillycon Valley. As for why I'm not jaunting back to the late May heat of New Hampshire, I'll be having fun at Spring Jinks, which is an even more fun. That's about it. de WA6HCW
